What Works in Global Missions? Help Us Find Out

April 10, 2013

What are churches doing today to make the greatest difference for Christ beyond our borders? Leadership Network is trying to find out, and you can help. Why are we doing this?

According to Eric Swanson, director of the Global Connections Leadership Community,  “Some of the best models for global ministry come not from doing things “to” people or “for” people but with people in real partnerships with those who have eyes, ears, and feet on the ground. What kind of partnerships do you have? We'd like to find out what's working and where you may be stuck so we can all makle a greater kingdom impact.”

Reggie McNeal, director of the Missional Renaissance Leasership Community adds, “On my last trip overseas, I saw how churches were setting up ‘Life Centers’ to serve their communities. It struck me that there are huge the parallels with the post-congregational era here in North America. The world is challenging the church to come out and play. A survey like this will help us identify some of those green edges.”

We’d like to help you learn from other churches like yours: if you’ll tell us what you’re doing through global connections, we’ll give you an executive summary of what others say as well. This involves missions, global service and outreach, and other international partnerships.

Our survey is totally confidential, and targets large churches (1,000 and higher).
