What Can Great Protestant Churches Learn from Great Catholic Churches?

My friend Bill Simon released his new book Great Catholic Parishes  in 2016. Bill and his team from Parish Catalyst did some great research by finding some of the greatest Catholic Parishes in the U.S. and Canada and then derived the common success patterns.

Are the same patterns found in great Protestant Churches?
