They were a part of Leadership Network’s Next Generation Pastors Leader Group, an 18-month long small group experience that combines peer collaboration with mentoring from more seasoned Senior Pastors and senior executive level leaders. This one-of-a-kind environment allows participants to work through leadership challenges in the early stages of their Lead Pastor ministry careers in a way that fuels growth, both personally and organizationally.
