Leadership Network VP Greg Ligon and Director of Missional Engagement John Poitevent talked with Mingo Palacios, Pastor of Evangelism and Culture at Saddleback Church. Drawing from his experience with young adults, micro-sites and creative worship, Mingo shared his thoughts on the future of the church and how embracing disruption might be the key to unleashing the potential of a generation.
When on the Purpose Driven Church tour, Mingo reflected on what he has learned from leaders who have played a significant role in his ministry calling and success.
“Input and influence are two very different things.”

“Create a platform where they can pursue their own dreams for building the kingdom.”

“Don’t be afraid to engage.”
Millennials aren’t looking for you to solve their problems, but they do want to know that you identify with the challenges they are facing.
