Leadership Network’s Non-Profit Leader Group is made up of some of the top leaders under 40 making an impact in the non-profit arena. They are a diverse group from across the nation, both in mission as well as their cultural backgrounds. These leaders are beginning to make real waves in the non-profit sector and are coachable, looking for that next step to propel their organizations.

The thing I love about Monica is her many talents. She knows how to take a dream, whether hers or someone else’s, and  truly make it a reality. It’s a rare gift to find someone who not only has the creative, visionary side but also the administration and insight that goes with making something happen. I also am confident that whatever Monica is a part of is guaranteed to be excellent.

Monica is somewhat of an anomaly! She is a high capacity leader who is equally creative as she is a systematic. Often times you get one or the other. With her you get both! She has helped us in several ways with our organization. The biggest endeavor was adding structure to our volunteer process- increasing our volunteers from a handful to 60+ ! With this restructuring she created systems that helped our volunteers feel more connected and bought- in to the process. She also created internal systems that helped us to accurately keep track of all our volunteers and first- time visitors. Monica has a down to earth approach, with a CEO mind!

Monica is a graduate from Dallas Baptist University with a degree in Business Management where she spent over a year in Hong Kong as a missionary during her studies. Post graduation she spent several years in the corporate world as a recruiter where she quickly became one of the top earners in her company earning six figures by 25. For the past 5 years, Monica has built her career in the non-profit arena where she has been using her talent to service local and global non-profits. Helping them get organized, grow, and ultimately have a greater impact for the Kingdom. She even launched her own non-profit- We Are Unveiled - an online organization empowering women with their story which has effectively reached the female millennial generation.

Currently, Monica serves as the Director of Operations for Initiative Network and also serves as an associate for Leadership Network. Monica believes her wide variety of experiences have uniquely qualified her to lead this group and she is so excited to take the skills she’s learned into this cohort alongside each of you.

Greg has been with Leadership Network since 1997. He currently serves as Chief Operating Officer. In this role, he serves a team of client directors and oversees the organization’s publishing partnerships.

During his time at LN, he has also directed many of the experiences related to multisite churches, Leadership Training Network and spearheaded strategic services for the organization. Greg is also one of the authors of The Multi-Site Church Revolution and A Multi-Site Church Road Trip.

Prior to joining the LN team, Greg was responsible for creating and directing the United Methodist Campus Ministry at Southern Methodist University in Dallas. He also served as associate pastor at First United Methodist Church in Waco, Texas.

Greg and wife, Susan are soon to be empty nesters with their oldest son Daniel at Baylor and their youngest son, Andrew a high school senior.

Judy received her masters degree in Education/Counseling from Bucknell. She serves as a Pastor at The Crossing in St Louis where she accepted Christ while it was a new church.

She has grown with the church, focusing on Staff and Leadership Development, and oversees ministry to 8,000 people across three campuses.

Judy is a lifelong competitive runner and coach. She and her husband have two kids in college.

Debbie started out in ministry as a worship leader, but now serves as the Executive Pastor at Celebration Church in New Orleans giving direct oversight to the chuch's six campuses.

After Hurricane Katrina devastated the area and their church, Debbie also served as the Director of Disaster Recovery for New Orleans.

Debbie has been married for 25 years and has three children and five grandchildren.

Jamye serves as the Executive Pastor at Grace Point Church in San Antonio, TX, where she has been on staff for 25 years, during which she also served as the Children's Pastor.

She has actively led their congregation through a tragic fire and rebuilding project.

Jamye has been married for 35 years and loves spending quality time with her five children and four grandchildren.

These leaders are beginning to make real waves in the non-profit sector and are looking for that next step to propel their organizations.

What will be my key learnings?

Fundraising: The group will spend a portion of our growth on fundraising. How to grow your donor base at least 5% higher.

Leadership: This group will spend a portion of our growth on leadership as an individual and leading their own organizations and teams.

Impact: The group will spend a portion of our growth focusing on how to deepen your impact and create greater results around your mission.

What are the requirements for this group?

To qualify for this experience, applicants must be:

  • -Must be a born again believer.
  • -Must be an active member of their home church
  • -Must have 2 Strong Character references
  • -Must be committed to meeting 3-4 times (over 12-18 months)
  • -NP must bring in over 100k of donations/ year to qualify
  • -NP must deliver clear impact and strategy on how they hope to further their mission in the days to come.

 

Are there limited seats for this program?

Yes, we are accepting only 15 participants in a cohort in order to keep the group small enough for intimacy and large enough for collaboration. 

What is the price of the program?

We charge a competitive fee of $8000 per participant for the entire 1-year program.

What does this price cover?

The program pricing of $8000 accommodates your executive director for the whole program and includes:

Does this price cover transportation and lodging?

No, travel expenses are not included.

Will there be any follow-ups after the meeting?

Yes, there will be 8 online follow-ups between the three physical meetups.

Apart from the coaching calls, is there any way I can contact the director?

Yes Monica will be available for 1:1 sessions that each member can schedule as needed throughout the cohort.

Is there a platform where participants can stay connected with their peers?

Yes, a members-only Facebook channel
