Rashawn Copeland

Rashawn Copeland is a minister who writes, and a writer who preaches. Currently serving as a First Lieutenant in the US Army Reserves, and as the founder of a digital outreach ministry called Without Walls Ministries, an organization committed to sharing the gospel to the millennial generation in the digital context. He is also the founder of a digital marketing agency called Frontier Creative, based out of Oklahoma City. Rashawn has a book releasing in 2020 called, “Start Where You Are.”  He earned his bachelors degree at the University of Central Oklahoma.

The Copeland family consists of Rashawn, his wife, Denisse, and 3 children. As a blended family, they firmly enjoy eating good meals – and fellowship with great friends.

Will is married to the most beautiful Andrea Chung and is currently living in Orange County, California. He and his wife are the Co-Founders of The Meeting Place TMP which is a prayer and training center aiming to take people deeper in their faith and calling. The vision of TMP is to raise up the hungry and broken to become spiritual leaders who make a Kingdom impact where they are.

Born and raised in South Korea, Will moved to Champaign-Urbana, Illinois at the age of 15 where he first radically encountered the love of Jesus in 2006 at a small local church. Will graduated from Talbot School of Theology with a M.Div and is currently enrolled in the Doctor of Ministry Program at Dallas Theological Seminary.

Monica is a graduate from Dallas Baptist University with a degree in Business Management where she spent over a year in Hong Kong as a missionary during her studies. Post graduation she spent several years in the corporate world as a recruiter where she quickly became one of the top earners. For the past 5 years, Monica has built her career in the non profit arena where she has been using her talent to service local and global non profits. She even launched her own non profit- We Are Unveiled – an online organization empowering women with their story which has effectively reached the female millennial generation. Monica has a deep passion for millennial women and the empowerment of women in the Christian arena. She currently resides in Plano, TX.

Caleb grew up on the south side of Atlanta, Ga. As a 24 year old who attended Liberty University, Caleb helped found The Alternative, a ministry reaching hundreds in the Atlanta area through monthly gatherings that united the local church and acted as a catalytic event, sparking unity and passion in the local community. As a published Zondervan author, writing The Alternative: Awaken Your Dream, Unite Your Community, Live In Hope, Caleb loves to share how God can take a small dream and do something incredible. With a passion for creativity, he is also filmmaker and producer, working with with Chickfila, Porsche, and several independent artists. Caleb is engaged to Masey McLain and currently lives in Atlanta, Ga.

In response to millennials being labeled noncommittal, lazy, entitled, slacktivists, Grant Skeldon started Initiative Network with the goal to unite and train millennials to be Christ-loving, city-changing, church-investing, disciple-making local missionaries. Initiative has impacted thousands of diverse young leaders from hundreds of churches across Dallas.
