Our Next Generation Pastors are life-long learners desiring mentoring from more seasoned Senior Pastors and senior executive level leaders as they work through leadership challenges in the early stages of their Senior Pastor ministry careers.

Gather 3 times over a year and a half period for three-day experiences

Requirements

  • Senior/Lead pastors only
  • 45 years old or younger
  • Church weekend worship attendance is approximately 1000+

Frequently Asked Questions

Individual Investment - $8000

Tuition is $8,000 US if paid over the course of two budget years. A 5% discount applies if paid in full at the time of registration. This fee covers your portion of the program and meals costs for each leader. The remainder of the fee is paid for by the generosity of our Leadership Network donors.  This fee does NOT include the cost of: travel, hotel or other travel-related expenses for each meeting.
