Launching your first campus can be hard! However, learning from others who are paving the way can make it so much easier. Recently in a Leadership Network webinar, Layne Schranz, Associate Pastor at Church of the Highlands in Birmingham, AL, shared with churches some of the keys to launching campuses successfully.

We have made the video of Layne’s presentation available as a free, downloadable resource for you and your team.  In the video, “Launching Your First Multisite Campus”, Layne shares the strategy that Church of the Highlands has used to launch there 12 multisite campuses. Also, you will hear about the early days of multisite at Highlands and how they have transitioned their strategy over the years. Pastor Layne shares about the challenges of funding the multisite vision, finding great campus pastors and how they plan for future locations.

If your church is planning to launch your first campus in the next 12-18 months, this resource will enhance your thinking around your multisite strategy. And, if you have additional questions, Pastor Layne shares about how you can find additional resources provided by Church of the Highlands.
