The world is changing. Be a part of the growth and help shape the future.
These cohorts will help you chart growth plans and career pathways to help you lead well wherever you are.
Emerging and Seasoned Leaders will both have opportunities to learn from each other and mentors while considering career pathways for women in ministry.
Cohorts will meet in person in February and May and online in between, allowing for both connected in-person experiences and relationship developments, and minimal schedule disruption.

Equipping for Your Team
We are here for you at all stages of your ministry leadership journey. Emerging Leaders are typically new in their leadership role. Seasoned leaders typically have 10 or more years of experience in ministry. Both categories include leaders of all ages. An example might be the second career professional who enters church leadership in her 40s after a career in the corporate world and is currently in her second year of a ministry leadership role at her church. She would choose the Emerging Leader cohort track.
Cohorts will meet twice in person for 1 1/2 days each. Cohorts will also meet online twice between the two in person meetings. Specific dates and times coming soon.
We understand that ministry and family commitments come up and we will be happy to make sure we do everything we can to keep you connected.
At Leadership Network, we are grateful for the opportunity to serve women in leadership across denominational and theological spectrums. Our Learning Communities will focus on empowering and connecting women with peers and mentors, as they grow in leadership confidence in their churches and ministry organizations. Groups will likely include women from both complementarian and egalitarian faith communities.
