Sav Crow
Sav Crow is a speaker, writer, and designer captivating stories of a powerful God within the local church. She is passionate about empowering this generation of students to know who they are, boldly live out their purpose, and reveal God’s love to the people right next to them.
Sav is the Student Ministries Creative Director at Willow Creek Community Church in the ChicagoLand area.
When not having disco ball parties, she and her husband Tristen, can be hanging with their golden retriever named Disco, serving with friends in ministry, as well as watching Netflix, cooking on Taco Tuesday and always doing the dishes.

Reggie Hill
Reggie Hill is the Young Adults Pastor at Journey Church in Kenosha, WI. He was born and raised in Metro Detroit and has worked in Youth and Young Adult Ministries for over a decade. God has given him a deep compassion for young people and a heart to serve by leading them into a deeper relationship with God. He has a desire to see the Holy Spirit guide them and impact their lives forever. He also has a huge passion for young leaders and leadership development. At his core, there is a desire to encourage and inspire others around him to accomplish their God-sized dreams. In his spare time, he enjoys watching movies, playing sports, reading, listening to podcasts, and spending time with his wife Jade, and friends.

MICAH STEGER
Micah Steger
Micah Steger is originally from the small town of Cramerton, North Carolina(right outside of Charlotte). He was apart of a discipleship program under Pastor Steven Furtick as well as interned at Elevation Church. After getting married to his long distance, high school sweetheart in 2012, they packed all they owned and left for Dallas, Texas to get trained at Christ For the Nations Institute. Pastor Micah is now the Director of Youth For the Nations where he oversees their internship program of over 150 young adults year round. They work with hundreds of youth groups and host thousands of teenagers at their conferences and summer camps. He has a unique gift of taking kingdom principles, biblical truths, and the Gospel and creatively communicating them in fresh, profound ways. He desires that everyone would have a powerful encounter with the living God and live in the freedom that Jesus paid the price for. He currently resides in Dallas, Texas with His wife, Ivette, and their three children, Ella, Maddox, and Marcus. (Oh, and their dog, Walt.)

Aaron Barnett
Aaron Barnett is the Director of Strategy & Partnerships at Generation Distinct where he equips the next generation to discover the wrong they were born to make right and experience who Jesus really is. Together with his wife, Hannah, they are using conversations around Purpose, Passion & Justice to bring the next generation into conversations about Jesus, the Gospel & the Great Commission. Aaron is also a Content Specialist for Exponential and a Director for Generation Next through Leadership Network. Aaron is deeply passionate about the Local Church and has spent years in Youth Ministry and now invests into Churches around the country as a traveling Speaker and Leader. Aaron has a passion to unleash the unique calling in each person, helping both individuals and organizations to go from where they are to where they could be.
Grant Skeldon
Grant Skeldon
Grant has a passion for finding and uniting diverse, dynamic young leaders to reach this generation. He serves as the Next Gen Director for Q Ideas with Gabe and Rebekah Lyons. Q educates and equips Christians to engage our cultural moment.
He has written for The Wall Street Journal, Relevant, The Gospel Coalition, and is the youngest leader to be featured on the cover of Outreach Magazine. His book, The Passion Generation has helped thousands of pastors and leaders to reach, raise, and retain the next generation.
Grant and his wife Cheyanne reside in Nashville, Tennessee, where he serves on the preaching team at Way Church.

Gretchen Dedina
Gretchen Dedina serves as the Student Pastor of Willow Creek Church South Barrington outside of Chicago, IL. Unofficially her title is the director of confetti cannons! She loves making it personal for students so they can experience the life changing love of Jesus. She does this through developing small group leaders and helping students pursue their God given purpose. Her heart is to leverage the influence of this generation to help them change their world. She is known for her sugar cookie skills and her energetic personality. You'll find her right in the mix of all the fun never wanting to be too far from students and leaders or a good themed party. Gretchen and her husband, Bradley, love to travel, enjoy a good campfire and have recently become foster parents.

Luke Lezon lives in Orlando, Florida with his wife, Lindsey, their son, Judah, and their English Bulldog, Knox. Luke is the Lead Pastor at Lifebridge Church in Orlando and the founder of the young adult movement, Quay. Upon graduating from Texas A&M, he has been a part of launching and leading churches and young adult ministries across the country. Luke is the author of Your Mess Matters, and preaches across the country and the world. He is particularly fond of coffee and sports.

Kobe Campbell is an award-winning licensed trauma therapist, Christian counselor, writer, media expert, and speaker. Kobe received her B.A. in Psychology from UNCW and an M.A in Christian Counseling from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary. With a kind, compassionate, and energetic spirit, she helps people find the truest versions of themselves under the pain that they’ve endured through therapy, support groups, speaking, retreats, and organizational training.

Kobe is the owner of The Healing Circle Therapy & Wellness Center in Charlotte North Carolina and hosts one of Apple's Top 100 Mental Health Podcasts, The Healing Circle Podcast. Kobe is passionate about helping people heal from the trauma as they discover who they are apart from what they've been through. When Kobe isn't teaching and training, she's spending time with her two sons or spending time being creative. She looks forward to sharing her expertise with anyone willing to learn and grow.

Gloria Umanah is the founder and executive director of The Ex-Nihilo Collective, visionary of Hope Booth and an internationally known and sought after communicator and spoken word artist based out of Atlanta, Georgia! In 2016 Gloria turned down a dream opportunity of working with the Federal Bureau of Investigations and instead surrendered to the calling of God upon her life, which led to a life of purpose. Gloria now uses her creativity and unique voice to bring to light the power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ to students, young adults, men, and women across the world. Through sharing her powerful story of overcoming suicide, anxiety, and a life of fatherlessness Gloria’s impactful messages and Spirit filled spoken word poems of hope have reached over 3 million people across the globe.
