2019 Developing Female
Leaders Group
Empower women leaders in your church to grow into executive-level leaders
The Developing Female Leaders Group is a 1-year, cohort-based program designed to help women in higher levels of church leadership accelerate their growth through mentorship by seasoned ministry leaders, networking with fellow women in ministry, and learning from some of the country’s most effective church leadership teams.
Attend three meetups at different church locations to learn from their leadership teams and network with fellow leaders.
Between each meetup, join an online learning session on a key church leadership competency that tends to be underdeveloped in women.
Get personalized input on an individual coaching call with a female ministry mentor between each meetup.
As a member, you can join our closed Facebook group where you can post updates and share your progress with your peers.
As the first Leader Group exclusively designed for women leaders, this program is based on:
Peer learning from a cohort of accomplished professional women on the same journey as you
Expert input from both female and male seasoned ministry leaders who can provide mentorship
Personal action plans to help you implement your learnings through planning and accountability

The Developing Female Leaders Group is a 1-year, cohort-based program designed to help women in higher levels of church leadership accelerate their growth to executive-level leaders. This is done through mentorship by seasoned ministry leaders, networking with fellow women in ministry, and learning from some of the country’s most effective church leadership teams.
Apply now to join women leaders from other churches on an exciting journey of growth.
Through the year-long program, we will gather three times at different church locations to learn from their teams and their expression of ministry. This will give you an understanding of the key strategies successful churches use to identify and develop senior ministry leaders.
There will also be online trainings that will train you in key church leadership competencies that are often underdeveloped in women, such as capital fundraising and sermon prep.
Meetup 1 - Nov 5–6, 2019, at Christ's Church of the Valley, Peoria, AZ
Meetup 2 - May 5–6, 2020, at North Coast, Vista, CA
Meetup 3 - Oct 13–14, 2020, at Church of Eleven 22, Jacksonville, FL
This program is specially designed to benefit women leaders who are the primary leaders of their department, ministry, or campus, or those who oversee at an executive level.
Yes, we are accepting only 20 participants in a cohort. To be considered for the program, please click here to fill out a brief application form. We will then get in touch with you to schedule an interview with the program director.

This fee covers all three meetups, two online learning sessions, and two coaching calls during the year-long program. It also covers meals at the three meetups.
