Conversations: Doug Walker on Multisite Micromanagement and Support

We are excited to continue a new Leadership Network blog series called Conversations on Church Innovations.” These video and audio posts feature candid conversations with innovative church leaders from across the country talking about the areas of ministry they are passionate about.

Doug WalkerDoug Walker is the founder and senior pastor of Fellowship of the Parks. He started the church in 1993 and since then has formed multiple campuses which include: Keller, Haslet, Grapevine, TX, and Questa, NM. Doug graduated from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary with an MDivBL degree. He is the author of a recently published book Things Were Better Before You Came, a story of adoption, acceptance and unconditional love. Doug resides in Hurst, TX, with his wife, Kim, and their three boys, Seth, John and Mark.

Tim Nations allows time and space for Doug Walker to peel back the layers of experiences that catapulted personal growth, enabled networks to go beyond partnerships and into supportive friendships. All this while walking through the journey of managing and leading Fellowship of the Parks Church into multisite services. Enjoy this Conversation!
