Searching for individual to be responsible for ensuring that every congregant is invited into an intentional path of discipleship. Will oversee the process of connecting others to their next step. A secondary responsibility will be to become part of the teaching team and work with the Lead Pastor by preparing sermons and speaking in service as needed.
