Learn what Toby has gleaned from taking two different sabbaticals – one for 90 days, one for 30 days. Toby describes how he sensed he needed a sabbatical, how he asked for it, and how he decided what to do during each sabbatical. He also had to deal with his personal questions of “is this selfish?” and “what are my wife’s fears about me suddenly hanging around the house?”

One of the most intriguing ideas that Toby talks about is his new found understanding of “A New Normal.”
