2019 Engagement Accelerator
How can your church take engagement
and growth to the next level?
The Engagement Accelerator is a 1-year, cohort-based program designed to help church teams like yours use data, analytics, and messaging optimally to engage better with congregants and visitors.
The experience has been fantastic! We’ve not only been pushed to shift our thinking about data, but also been put face-to-face with other churches who are struggling with the same questions and issues. We get to go to school with like-minded people and build lifelong relationships.
Sun Valley Church
Three 3-day meetups will offer you the chance to interact with the Leadership Network team and peer leaders from other churches.
Between each meetup, there will be three online group sessions where you will report on your progress and future commitments.
Once a month, the program director will personally check in with the team leaders on a call to take stock of progress.
Through the course of the program, you will get 52 weekly tip sheets with working experiments that you can run in your church.

Eric serves as the Director of Engagement and Data Initiatives at Leadership Network. He has worked with over 200 different churches in Leadership Communities as well
Eric is the co-author of four books including The Externally Focused Church and To Transform a City.
Matt serves as the Executive Director of Ministry Solutions at Gloo in Boulder, Colorado. He oversees ministry, operational and data understanding, application, and strategic design.
Matt used data and analytics to boost student enrollment while serving at Arizona State University.
