2019 Engagement Accelerator
How can your church take engagement
and growth to the next level?
The Engagement Accelerator is a 1-year, cohort-based program designed to help church teams like yours use data, analytics, and messaging optimally to engage better with congregants and visitors.
The experience has been fantastic! We’ve not only been pushed to shift our thinking about data, but also been put face-to-face with other churches who are struggling with the same questions and issues. We get to go to school with like-minded people and build lifelong relationships.

Three 3-day meetups will offer you the chance to interact with the Leadership Network team and peer leaders from other churches.
Between each meetup, there will be three online group sessions where you will report on your progress and future commitments.
Once a month, the program director will personally check in with the team leaders on a call to take stock of progress.
Through the course of the program, you will get 52 weekly tip sheets with working experiments that you can run in your church.
Modeled around high-impact tech accelerators, the program is based on:
This was one of the best ministry trainings I’ve had. It was deep and practical, and challenged us to think about ministry in a new way. My team was able to connect with creative leaders and come up with innovative solutions to challenging problems. I would highly recommend it!

The Engagement Accelerator is a one-year, cohort-based growth experience designed to help you use data, analytics, and messaging to grow as a church. Through regular meetups, peer learnings, and expert advice, you will learn how to attract the community, increase walk-ins, keep people engaged, grow more disciples, and multiply leaders.
Want to know more? Set up a call to speak with our program director, Denise McCleese. She’d be happy to answer all your questions about the Engagement Accelerator.
As with most growth activities, your results will be roughly proportionate to your engagement on this journey. You will come away with an in-depth understanding of the appropriate use of first, second, and third-party data to better understand people inside and outside your church.
We will start with problems you want solved and questions you want answered. We will also teach you how to send the right message to the right person at the right time to help that person take their next step with God.
The 3-day meetups will be held at 6-month intervals. The locations and dates are yet to be decided. Please visit this page again for further updates.
Yes, we welcome all churches to apply for the Engagement Accelerator. If you’d like to know how this program would benefit your church, we encourage you to set up a call to speak with our program director, Denise McCleese.
We’re glad you asked. We highly recommend bringing the following three people from your church – a leader on the Executive team, a messaging/marketing person, and a data person. This team composition is crucial for the successful implementation of the learnings from this program.
You are welcome to do so! You can bring more team members with you if you feel that your church would benefit from it.
We charge a competitive fee of $12,000 for a team of three members. This fee covers all three meetups, six Zoom sprint sessions, and monthly check-ins during the year-long program. In case you’d like to bring additional team members, you can do so at an extra cost of $500 per person per meetup.
This price covers two light breakfasts, one lunch, and one dinner at all 3-day meetups. You will be required to pay for one dinner on your own.
Unfortunately not. You will have to arrange for your own transportation and lodging for all three meetups.
Yes, there will be follow-up between the three physical meetups. The program director, Denise McCleese, will check in with the team leaders on a call at least once a month.
You will be able to call Denise on her personal cell number if you have any queries or doubts. In case she’s unable to accept your call, she will make sure to call you back.
Yes, we have a Facebook group where participants can post updates and share progress. We encourage you to ask your peers for information or offer help.
It’s been an absolutely amazing journey to think about how data can affect future church planters, increase our ability to develop high-capacity church planters, and even plant more and better churches throughout the United States.
