Multiplication Center

Leadership Network is a community of multipliers who gather to collaborate, innovate, and pursue what God has next for his Church.

Healthy growth. 100X impact.

Our History

35+ years of helping leaders shape the future of the church.

Leadership Network has held a historic, unique, and critical purpose in the development of thought leaders for the Christian Church and in catalyzing the megachurch movement of the past 35 years. Since 1985, Leadership Network’s role has been to “convene leadership  conversations and foster innovative movements that seek to activate the Church to 100X impact thereby transforming the world.”

In August of 2020, Leadership Network was acquired by Exponential and is now a registered supporting non-profit organization of Exponential. Exponential, with operating partner CDF Capital, has relaunched Leadership Network to build on its trusted brand and decades of impact to continue to serve leaders, local churches, and the Church for what is NEXT.

We will continue to carry the vision, culture, and DNA developed over the last 35+ years into this new season. Leadership Network’s solid reputation gives a foothold for future collaborative and convening initiatives. With its rich history and trusted relationship with church leaders, we are helping equip the next generation of change-makers who will guide and shape the church into the future.

To see the Church flourish,

communities thrive, and the

whole land prosper.

Championing healthy church
growth that is capable of

Distributing thought leadership.

We come alongside strong leaders with big ideas to accelerate their results. Our fruit grows on other people’s trees.

Curation of Approaches

We seek to platform the aggregation of what God is up to rather than one model or approach.

Pursuing Next

We seek to look out the window and see what’s waiting to happen before others do.

Frugality and Stewardship

We seek to be faithful with little
so God will entrust us with more.

Diversity of Voices

We seek to be a diverse community of leaders who mobilize the latent capacity of the next generation

We bring churches that want to be influential, innovative, impactful, and involved together.

100X Impact

We help leaders get the clarity needed to move from good ideas and intentions to results and impact.

God, the Creator of the world, is all powerful and all knowing. God’s ways are perfect and He despises sin.

Man is separated from God due to sin. Without redemption from sin, man’s end is death. People matter to God. His love for man is so deep that God initiated action to cover man’s sin and to make a way for man to be reconciled to Him

Jesus Christ, the Son of God, the Head of the church, is the only way to God and to eternal life. Jesus died for our sins, and rose from the dead so that man could be redeemed from his sinful nature and restored to a right relationship with God.

Forgiveness of sins and eternal life are available to all who accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. Those accepting Jesus Christ should repent of sin, confess their faith, and be baptized into Him.

Holy Spirit

The Holy Spirit lives within and empowers every Christian.

The Bible is the inspired word of God, and our standard for living according to God’s ways.

The Church is the body of Christ on earth, empowered by the Holy Spirit to evangelize the lost and to edify the believer.
