2023 Learning Communities

Beginning February 2023

Why should you join a learning community?

EMPOWERMENT   CONNECTION   CONFIDENCE

It’s tough to find all three in church and ministry leadership. At Leadership Network, we created our Learning Communities to help leaders chart growth plans and career pathways that allow them to lead well in all church and ministry contexts. Regardless of denomination or organizational affiliation, we want you to be equipped with next-level leadership tools, connect with peers on similar learning journeys, and be encouraged by expert mentors who have been in your shoes. We are here to help you reach your full potential for the sake of your organization and the Gospel.

Connect with results-oriented leaders navigating the future together

FAQS

FAQS

We are here for you at all stages of your ministry leadership journey. Emerging Leaders are typically new in their leadership role. Seasoned leaders typically have 10 or more years of experience in ministry. Both categories include leaders of all ages. An example might be the second career professional who enters church leadership in her 40s after a career in the corporate world and is currently in her second year of a ministry leadership role at her church. She would choose the Emerging Leader cohort track.

The week of February 20, 2023 at Northwood Church in Keller, TX and the week of May 16 2023 at Community Christian Church in Naperville, IL. Each cohort will meet for 1.5 days during each of the two weeks. Online gatherings will take place in between.

We understand that ministry and family commitments come up and we will be happy to make sure we do everything we can to keep you connected.

At Leadership Network, we are grateful for the opportunity to serve women in leadership across denominational and theological spectrums. Our Learning Communities will focus on empowering and connecting women with peers and mentors, as they grow in leadership confidence in their churches and ministry organizations. Groups will likely include women from both complementarian and egalitarian faith communities.
