Identify the Next Chapter in Your Church’s Story
To be honest, we don’t know what that looks like for your church or any church. And we do know that it will look different for every church. We believe our process of gathering peers to help each other out along this journey of transition, along with input from Leadership Network Directors and Resource Advisors, will help your church identify, launch and implement “What’s Next?” in your church’s story.
Each of the four gatherings will be interactive working sessions designed with your church in mind. You will be exposed to new ideas from the Church and other sectors including business, science and the arts. You will build models of what the future may look like and then rebuild them for your church based on the feedback from other teams. You will engage in conversations with senior pastors that are truly your peers. And you will develop measurable plans that will lead to real results for your church. In short, your team will move from creative ideas to actionable implementation leading to powerful impact.
Group Two Dates:
Meeting One November 3-5, 2014 (at Leadership Network in Dallas)
Meeting Two May, 2015 18-20, 2015 (off-site to be determined)
Meeting Three November 9-11, 2015 (off-site to be determined)
Meeting Four May 9-11, 2016 (at Leadership Network in Dallas)
We are looking for leaders that are actively thinking about the next chapter of their church’s ministry. They realize that no matter how well things are going now or how strong their current ministry approaches are, they must constantly be thinking about the future.
The ideas and plans that will be explored and developed will be central to the direction of your church requiring involvement of the Lead/Senior Pastor and a minimum of four additional senior level decision-makers at each gathering.
Leadership Network "alumni" are pre-qualified for this event but anyone is welcome and encouraged to request contact or apply for an interview. For this group we are looking for churches with a weekly worship attendance (adults and children) of 2000+
Participation Fees and Benefits
The participation fee, including all meeting facilities, resource speakers, and participant materials for a team of five participants, is $12,000 (travel/lodging excluded). If fees are paid in full prior to the first onsite meeting in Dallas, TX, a 10% discount will be applied. Churches may also arrange to make monthly payments of $1,000 during the first year of the two year experience.
