InnovationLabs bring fresh and new ideas to your ministry. Beyond typical brainstorming, your team will be stretched to think beyond the boundaries of current reality to answer the question, "What's around the corner?" The labs are designed to give you a quick start in a ministry area based on the tested and proven results of other churches. You'll get to jump miles ahead of where you could go by yourself. Many of the churches we work with tell us that they get twice the results in half the time.
This unique InnovationLab gathering is designed for church teams planning your first multisite location(s) and will focus on the practical how-to’s of location, leadership and structure. You will have the opportunity to be exposed to some leading multisite practitioners and consultants as well as other churches that are on the multisite launch pad. And you will walk out of the room with an action plan for launching your first campus. The second gathering will take place online, six months following the original InnovationLab experience. The final meeting will be at the 12-month mark, and will include a time of looking back, celebrating successes, and looking ahead to the future.
Participation Criteria
The Lab Process is designed for a maximum of 6 church teams, each team consisting of 3 members, all dedicated to change and innovative process thinking. Church teams should include leaders with decision making authority and responsibility. Leadership Network reserves the right to select churches based on the following criteria:
1. Proven Innovator in church ministry.
2. Open to new ideas and a desire to change.
3. Commitment of a team of three decision-makers for the full process of pre-meeting work, two 2-day onsite meetings in Dallas, one online meeting, and post-meeting follow up.
Participation Fee
$4,000 (excluding travel/lodging). Fee includes meeting facilities/resource speakers/materials for a team of three participants and is by application and invitation only.
