Leadership Network are currently researching for the following Leadership Communities:

a) Generosity: Churches succeeding in exceptionally high congregational generosity.
b) Recovery: Churches reaching out to those suffering from life-controlling addictions & destructive behaviours.
c) Leadership Development: Churches working toward achieving bold, new goals in leader development.

To enquire about possible participation in these communities, click on the links below to complete a short online survey about your church/organisation.The surveys cover the following questions:

Generosity

1. Does your church/organisation have an active strategy to create and encourage a culture of generosity? (Tell us about what you are doing. How many people are involved?
2. What's your vision/dream in this area, and how are you measuring success?
3. Is your strategy both locally and globally focussed?
4. What is your current membership/attendance figure?
5. What percentage of your current membership/attenders are regular givers (e.g. tithing, standing orders)?
6. What percentage of your current membership/attenders contribute towards specific giving opportunities (e.g.  gifts, offerings, fundraising appeals)?

Recovery

1. In which areas does your church/organisation minister? (e.g alcohol and drug addictions, debt management, relationship breakdowns, homelessness, sexual addictions)
2. What's going well? How many people do you have involved, and how long has it been running?
3. What is your current membership/attendance figure in your recovery ministries?
4. What is your dream for your Recovery Ministry, and how are you measuring success?
5. Do you currently work in partnership with any other recovery organisations?
6. Do you regularly see those you minister to coming to faith through your church/organisation’s programmes and initiatives?
