Multisite
This Leadership Community will contain a maximum of 12 teams, each consisting of at least 3 members. Teams should include leaders with decision making authority and responsibility. The first gathering for this community will be held in Lisbon (Portugal), and the dates for each of the LC gatherings are as follows:

Gathering Times: Begins Day One: 9am, Ends Day Two: 3pm

Gathering Dates:

  • 19th – 20th June 2012
  • 13th – 14th November 2012
  • 16th – 17th April 2013
  • 24th – 25th September 2013

Young Senior Leaders of Rapid Growth  Churches
This Leadership Community will contain a maximum of 12 senior leaders only. The dates for each of the LC gatherings are as follows:

Gathering Times: Begins Day One: 7pm, Ends Day Three: 3pm

Gathering Dates:

  • 14th – 16th November 2012
  • 17th – 19th April 2013
  • 25th – 27th September 2013
  • Gathering 4 - dates to be confirmed

There is also a pre-LC meeting for this community being held on 20th - 22nd June 2012 in Lisbon (Portugal), with input and consultancy time from Greg Surratt, Senior Pastor of  Seacoast Church, South Carolina.

Participation Commitment

Participants in each community should be committed to active involvement in the LC process.

Teams/leaders will be assessed for suitability for participation through personal interview, and will then be asked to confirm commitment to the following:

  • A commitment to significant advancement (not incremental improvement) of their approach.
  • Agreement to attend all four gatherings within the two-year program (bringing a team of 3-5 individuals to each gathering - Multisite only).
  • Agreement to comply with all reporting requirements, such as Annual Reports requested by Leadership Network’s board and project donor(s).

Registration fees for each Leadership Community will be €3,650, when paid in one instalment (or €4,000 when paid in two instalments). Fees contribute towards gathering expenses, guest speaker fees, various additional resources and meals during the gathering. They do not include travel, accommodation or any other related expenses teams may incur.
