Life Stages

Historically, Leadership Network has consistently sought out thought leaders who blaze the trail for new approaches to ministry. Innovative leadership is one of the elements essential to the health, growth and multiplication of faith communities in North America and the globe.

Life Stages Leadership Community groups are unique among our Leadership Community offerings. Each Life Stage Community group consists of a relational peer network of senior pastors who share similar ministry challenges and who desire connections to others serving in similar ministry career stages.

Life Stage 1 – Next Generation Pastors:

Designed for senior pastors age 25-45, leading a church of 800+ attendance and experience serving in the lead pastor role for at least 3+ years. These pastors are life-long learners desiring mentoring from more seasoned senior pastors and senior executive level leaders as they work through leadership challenges in the early stages of their ministry careers.

Life Stage 2 – Senior Pastors 2:

Designed for senior pastors age 45+, leading a church of 2500+ attendance and experience serving in the lead pastor role for at least 10+ years. These pastors are simultaneously building and strengthening their senior level leadership teams, their churches, and their local and global communities.

Life Stage Leadership Community groups will gather four times, for two-day experiences over the course of two years .

Who Can Participate
Senior Pastors are invited to apply for an interview based on meeting the general qualifying criteria described for each Life Stage Community group.

Cost
Tuition for the Life Stages Leadership Community groups is as follows:

Next Generation Pastors - $4000 if paid in two budget years. $3600 if paid in advance of the first scheduled gathering
Senior Pastors II - $5000 if paid in two budget years. $4500 if paid in advance of the first scheduled gathering.

This covers program fees and meals for each senior pastor for the two-year experience. Travel, lodging, transportation and other related expenses are not included.
