Senior Pastor / Executive Pastor Team One Day Event is March 7

What does it mean to be a real team?  And what are the secrets of a true partnership between a Senior Pastor and an Executive Pastor.  Leadership Network's Wayne Smith had a chance recently to talk with Mountain Christian Church's Senior Pastor Ben Cachiaras and Executive Pastor Rob Kastens to find some insight.
