Hi Jim-I am learning so much from your site.  I’ve come acsors something about a matrix organizational chart a few times while browsing your site and other sites out there (I am becoming overloaded with information!)  Do you have model of this chart one could look at, possibly follow?  I am a member of a small multisite church in Tempe/Gilbert and feel pretty disorganized right now.Thanks,LisaChandler, AZ
