Growing A Recovery Ministry: Contex-Sensitive Innovations and Christ- Centeredness Define Successful Programs

Recently had the opportunity to chat with Dr. Samuel Chand who serves Pastors, ministries and businesses as a Leadership Architect and Change Strategist. He consults, mentors and coaches some of the largest church Pastors, speaks regularly at leadership conferences, churches, corporations, Leadership Roundtables, Minister's Conferences, seminars and other leadership development opportunities. Dr. Chand's unique perspective and skill set makes for an interesting interview, and I believe it's one that we all can learn something from.

The title phrase here is one I hear a lot from our clients after one of our Leadership Community Gatherings. And it has proven true whether they are one of our Life Stage groups just for Lead Pastors or for one of our team gatherings.

One of the common questions that multisite churches ask today is about the content delivery of the weekly messages. Even churches that plan to use a teaching team at times want to replay a message from the Senior/Lead Pastor to all of the churches campuses. It continues to be one of the most challenging areas for churches planning to launch a new location - particularly those using video for the weekend message.
