Erik Thornton

Erik Thornton joined the Leadership Network staff after serving for 16 years in church ministry. Most recently Erik served at Cross Timbers Community Church as the Director of Operations for the Family Ministry Department. At Cross Timbers he led innovative and creative changes in two of the key ministries of that church. Erik has served full-time in churches in Texas, Illinois and Wisconsin. Through his background in church leadership and innovative strategies in the church Erik now seeks to help leaders strategically develop their ministries. Erik lives in Keller, TX with his wife, Glenda and their two children. Erik is an avid athlete. He recently completed the Dallas marathon and now has his sight set on completing a full ironman triathlon.
