Jim Kuykendall

Jim serves as the Director of Leadership Communities for Rapid Growth Churches Group Three. He also leads the Innovation Lab for Churches with Dream Centers. Jim was President/CEO of a large manufacturing company in Oklahoma City until 2001 when he left the marketplace to join the staff at LifeChurch.tv. He served there on the Executive Leadership Team and as Campus Pastor of the Oklahoma City Campus. In 2004 he joined the staff at Cross Timbers Community Church in Argyle Texas as the Sr. Associate Pastor and currently continues to serve there in the role of Lead Pastor of Operations.
Jim and his wife Beth have been married for 37 years and have 2 married children and 3 grandchildren.
