Churches have begun to tap the growing Leadership capacities resident in "Halftimers", those high-capacity members who have already proven their leadership in other areas outside the church. The Marketplace Success/Kingdom Significance Leadership Community is helping these churches pioneer new ways to match big leaders with big opportunities both inside their churches and externally in both community and global ministries.

This is a five year initiative with one group underway and more groups planned for the future.
